Adoption Application




Please fill out our online form below. Once we have your adoption form one of our volunteers will call or email you. You will normally hear from someone with in 24 hours. 

We try to update our pet list everyday so if you see him or her on one of our sites the pet should still be up for adoption. 

We do need you to fill out this form before meeting the pet. All of our pets are kept in foster homes so you will have to visit them at the foster home or at one of our adoption events. 

Out of state adoptions? We do allow out of state adoptions but you MUST be able to pick the pet up. We do not offer transports.


PLACE A HOLD ON A PET
Please understand that we may get a few apps a day for the pet you are asking about. If you would like to meet the pet please set up a time. If you are approved you may place a $50 deposit to hold the pet. This will stop other approved family's from adopting him until you get a chance to meet him. We have so many people that never show up, this is the only way to know who is really wanting to meet this puppy. If you can meet the puppy within a day or 2 this is normally not needed unless its a highly adoptable puppy and you want to make sure you get to see him first. If you change your mind the $50 become a donation.

Adoption Contract

At the time of the adoption you will have to sign an adoption agreemnet. The foster home will give you a copy to take home.


Spay/Nueter
If the pet is not fixed before adoption you MUST agree to take the pet to one of our aproved vets. If you wish to use your own vet it will be at your cost, and the amount you paid will become a donation to spay  a stray dog.  You MUST use the voucher within 30 days or by writen date.



Out of State Adoptions

You must be able to pick up the pet. We do not offer transports.
